I interviewed Trailer Park Boys director Mike Clattenburg in September of 2006, one week before the release of Trailer Park Boys: The Movie, which I thought was freakin’ hilarious.
Clattenburg started off by apologizing for calling an hour late for the interview, and as you can hear I was a little perturbed, but I’d enjoyed the movie so much that I forgave him pretty quick.
Before long I was congratulating him on using the first part of Helix’s “Heavy Metal Love” in the slow-mo scene where Ricky’s bride-to-be Lucy struts to the altar with her bridesmaids.
