MONDAY AND TUESDAY: industrial-metal band Ministry, featuring vocalist Al Jourgensen, plays the Commodore Ballroom, with guests My Life With the Thrill Kill Cult and Die Krupps.
MONDAY TO THURSDAY: The Art of Banksy: “Without Limits” exhibition, running until May 25 at 1 Alexander Street, features over 200 prints, photos, sculptures, installations, and murals by world-famous street artist Banksy.
TUESDAY TO FRIDAY: the Vancouver Canadians take on the Hillsboro Hops in Minor League Baseball action at Nat Bailey Stadium.

Becoming Led Zeppelin screens at VIFF Centre
TUESDAY & THURSDAY: screenings at the VIFF Centre of Becoming Led Zeppelin, director Bernard MacMahon’s new documentary about the formation of the legendary British rock band, featuring never-before-seen footage and new interviews with Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. WEDNESDAY: the Vancouver Whitecaps take on Minnesota United in Major League Soccer action at BC Place.

THURSDAY: eight-piece Vancouver band Zappostrophe’ performs the music of Frank Zappa at the Fox Cabaret.
THURSDAY: screening at the Rio Theatre of There Is Another Way, director Stephen Apkon’s documentary about a grassroots group of Palestinians and Israelis who work together through non-violent means to build a social infrastructure to end conflict and occupation.
THURSDAY: Portland, Oregon-based alt-country/indie-folk band Blitzen Trapper plays the Rickshaw Theatre, with guests Clay Orange.

Paul Reiser performs at the Rio
FRIDAY: American comedian, actor, television writer, author, and musician Paul Reiser, creator and costar of the Emmy-winning ’90s sitcom Mad About You, performs an evening of standup at the Rio Theatre.
